It's not very encouraging or moral building to log on after some weeks away from this site, to be greeted by a screen that says "None of your  friends are on line.", then I noticed the crowning note -- "No one has flagged your profile".... Had to think about that a bit but the number of friends on line equals the sum number of my friends so that is a bit of a sweetener... and "profile"?? Well even when I stand side on in bright sunlight I haven't got one of those (tried drinking a lot of beer once but it didn't make much difference - something about mongrel dogs...)

Well I thought that I would go for it -- Edward's bloggs looked a bit lonely.  Besides doing this I could win a friend (no chance of influencing any one. You have to have money to do that and that criterion rules most of us out). 

While we’re being philosophical, have you ever noticed that in winter on those cold mornings you find the night was too short even if you went to bed at 9PM the night before, and all the learner drivers come out when your running late getting to work?  Likes attract – despite the laws of physics: I have never seen a Jennifer Lopez at a fatties convention.  Why is it that all the things that we enjoy in life are bad for us? Like chocolate, beer, and multiple girlfriends…..I will let you think about that last one!!

Well I guess that is about it -- not many thoughts in my head I'm afraid - like my wallet, its empty as well... but now y'all hear, I have broken the drought so go for it, pour your heart's out and make Edward's site a bit more lively to be on.... at least lets have one friend on line next time!!
